The Adelaide Advent Band is a social (ie non contesting) concert band performing music at churches, halls, schools and other venues throughout South Australia, and is currently under the baton of John Pannell.
New members are always welcome and we currently have vacancies in both brass and woodwind.
Rehearsals are held on Tuesday evenings commencing at 7:30pm in our band room at the corner of Portrush Rd and Abermarle St Trinity Gardens, opposite Jarvis Ford.
Lessons are available for those wishing to brush up on their skills, or those wishing to learn an instrument from scratch, and when viable, we run a beginner’s band commencing at 6:45pm of a Tuesday evening.
